This Texense IRDLF miniature infrared sensor allows contact free temperature measurement of objects several centimeters away by detecting the infrared rays emitted by these objects. Its reduced dimensions allow it to be integrated into production equipment or systems.
This advanced version of the former IRD2 IR sensor will allow you to measure temperatures on targets with a very low emissivity as on steel brake discs and with a very short response time: only 3ms.
It operates independently with an linear analogue output.
