L5 GPS antennas
We recently received our shipment of L1 / L5 band capable GPS antennas – these special antennas are needed for the sub-meter accuracy GPS receiver in this new RaceCapture/Track. They feature a magnetic mount and IP65 rating; perfect for motorsport applications.
Enclosures and enclosure seals
The RaceCapture/Track enclosure is gorgeous, rugged, and meticulously engineered, utilizing an integrated gasket that still allows WiFi/Bluetooth signal propagation through an otherwise RF-opaque CNC machined enclosure.
The red ‘tongue’ actually covers the system’s antenna, right next to the cover for the USB port.
Retail packaging
Our goal is to make the retail packaging as useful as possible, with a built-in quick start guide and QR codes to our wiki and downloads.
Shipping timeline
We are shipping the inventory in two tranches – the first batch will ship right near the end of the year, with the 2nd batch going out 2-3 weeks right afterwards. If you ordered early in the pre-sales process expect to see your order going out soon – watch for an email notification when yours ships.
