Brand new Drag and Drop dashboard editor
Design your own dashboard screens using an easy to use drag and drop editor. Visualize your data using a variety of gauges – Analog, Digital, Bar Graph, and more.
Save your designs to the cloud
Design a dashboard from the comfort of your big screen, then share it to the cloud, where you can load it on your in-car dashboard. Incredibly convenient!
Share and remix dashboards from other racers
Discover and import dashboard made by other racers, customize to your heart’s content – and save as a new design. Rate your favorite dashboards so they float to the top of the list!
New Shared Presets throughout the system
We didn’t stop with shared dashboard layouts. You can now share your sensor calibrations, CAN bus mappings, OBDII channels, and custom Lua scripts to the cloud. Discover and adapt what other racers have shared, too. In fact, you can try out the laptime and data simulator we used to make this blog post!
Brand new Analysis Capabilities
We’ve completely revamped the RaceCapture analysis capabilities to also have drag and drop custom analysis pages in addition to a flexible grid-style layout. And of course – you can browse, share, and import dashboard layouts others have created. We’ve even improved the database performance so even 100’s of laps load efficiently on your device!
Brand new Look and Feel
The V2 app brings a fresh new Material UI theme that works well in both portrait and landscape mode, visually scaling all the way from your phone to your desktop screen. We’re super proud of the results.
Combined with the 2.18.4 Firmware
The new 2.18.4 firmware brings improvements and fixes to compliment the new RaceCapture app. We recommend upgrading your system to the latest firmware after installing the new V2 app.
